This notice describes exactly what happens to the details you send us through the booking form. It is short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
VANA Boutique Salon is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at vana@vanaboutiquesalon.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name and email address, and — if you choose to give them — your telephone number, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
We also record which language you were reading the site in, so that we reply in the same one.
We do not ask for, and have no way to collect, anything else.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment. That is the only purpose.
We do not use these details for marketing, we do not build a profile from them, and we neither sell nor share them.
Our lawful basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the booking form. Without that tick the form does not submit and nothing is stored.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your enquiry. Withdrawing does not affect anything done while the consent was in place.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry, including the email copy described below, for 24 months and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Who can see it
Only VANA. Three companies handle the data on our behalf and for no purpose of their own: Supabase, which hosts the database; Vercel, which runs the website; and Resend, which delivers the email that tells us about your enquiry.
The database is located in Ireland, inside the European Union. So that we see your enquiry promptly, a copy of it is also emailed to the salon's own inbox.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets one cookie, which remembers the language you chose. It does not identify you and is not used for tracking or advertising.
We measure visitor numbers with Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will act on it.
If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
